These Terms govern your use of hybrid-int.com and your engagement with Hybrid Intelligence, LLC ("Hybrid Intelligence," "we," "us"). By using the site or our services, you agree to them.

Hybrid Intelligence provides AI consulting, platform engineering, real-estate technology, and multi-agent system development and operation. Specific engagements are governed by individual agreements; these Terms govern the site and our general communications in the absence of a signed agreement.

2. Use of the site

• Use the site lawfully and respectfully; don't attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to it or related systems.
• Content on the site is provided for information about our company and services. It is not professional, legal, or financial advice.
• Don't misuse our contact or messaging channels (no spam, harassment, or unlawful content).

3. Messaging terms

If you opt in to receive messages from us (including RCS or SMS): message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. We may terminate or adjust messaging to any number that misuses the channel. See our Privacy Policy for how message data is handled.

4. Intellectual property

The site's content, design, marks, and materials are © Hybrid Intelligence, LLC or used with permission. Client materials remain the property of their owners; deliverables and ownership in engagements are as set out in the applicable agreement.

5. Third-party links and services

The site and our messages may link to third-party services (for example, social media). We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or policies.

6. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND INFORMATION ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-assisted systems we build are decision-support tools: human judgment remains in command, and outputs should be reviewed before being relied on for consequential decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hybrid Intelligence, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate site access or messaging to anyone who violates these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms; changes are posted here with a new "last updated" date.
